POST & PACKAGING  -  INTERNATIONAL -  Please e-mail the codes of  the item(s) you wish to purchase together with delivery address and we will get back to you with a quote.  Please note delivery will be via Royal Mail International Signed For.

If for any reason your order is returned to us, i.e. refused or unclaimed by the customer, we will attempt to contact you via email/phone to re-arrange for the order to be resent. In order for us to re-send postage costs will be charged at the following rate up to 1KG £3.99, 1.5KG £5.50.

Most items are from stock and our aim is to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 business days, some items as stated can take up to 14 days for delivery.  If for some reason an item is out of stock we will contact you via email.

RETURNS POLICY  Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in good condition, in their original un-opened packaging and within seven days of receipt. The original shipping costs and any shipping costs incurred by you returning the goods are not refundable. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is highly recommended you return the items via 'Royal Mail Signed For' or another service that insures against loss or damage.
